Refund Policy

Per CAI Policy all sponsorships, exhibit fees, course registration, etc. shall be paid in full prior to the event. Your prompt payment is appreciated. Thank you for your understanding.

If you need to cancel, please contact the Chapter office in writing no later than 14 working days prior to the event. No cancellations will be accepted day of or post event date. There are no exceptions to this policy and applies to non-attendance for COVID-19 related reasons.
