Presented in conjunction with the CAI Greater Inland Empire, held via Zoom the course offers the essentials for managers and homeowners.

· Highlights what every board member needs to know to effectively serve.

· Provides a comprehensive look at the roles and responsibilities of community association leaders and effective ways to work with professional managers and service providers.

· Learn how to communicate with residents, hire professionals, develop enforceable rules, interpret governing documents and more.

Attendees MUST attend both sessions to receive credit for the course.
