Looking for education that's focused on the needs of HOA board members or homeowners? Welcome to CAI-San Diego's National Award Winning HOA Academy.
Designed for all homeowner volunteers (whether novice or experienced), this four-week course will teach you the fundamentals of five key areas of community association governance: legal, reserves, finance, insurance and maintenance, contracts and bidding. Enroll in single class or two, or take all four to receive your graduation certificate. Join fellow volunteer leaders at CAI San Diego's HOA Academy!

If you would like to audit this program in order to be a presenter in the future, you must register individually for the sessions you wish to audit. You must have professional experience in the business type of the session in order to be considered as future facutly for the Academy (i.e. you must be a lawyer to present the Legal session, etc.)
