To be considered as faculty for this course in the future, an individual needs to have taught the course previously or audit the course. Criteria to teach: Member in good standing of CAI; licensed CA attorney with at least 5 years active experience in practicing community association law. Chapter will review and approve/deny all auditor registration requests.
