Governing documents can be complicated and confusing. The legislature constantly changes community association laws. Communities have an ever-changing need for new rules and regulations.
The Amendment of Governing Documents and Creation of Rules is necessary to understand. Each of these documents have different processes and requirements to amend. Become a Master of these processes and requirements.
