Bullying and harassment of community managers, board members, and vendors has increased in recent years. This program will explore how to prevent it and provide practical steps to deal with bullying and harassment when these issues arise.
· Learn practical and proactive tips for preventing and addressing bullying and harassment.
· Provide "real life" scenarios and workshop the steps for handling the issues.
· Discover how to implement policies and procedures for prevention and early resolution.
· Educate the community to create an environment for all to thrive free from bullying and harassment.
· Identify the differences between rude behavior, bullying and harassment.
· The role of social media impacting our industry, enabling such behavior.
